Seed Nutrient and Leaf Mineral Content of Jack Bean (Canavalia ensiformis L) Cultivated with Organic and Bio-fertilizers in Grumusol Soil

The aim of this study was to determine the seed nutrient content and leaf mineral status jack bean cultivated in grumusol soil treated with bio-fertilizers ameliorants. research conducted on marginal land Playen Village, Yogyakarta, Indonesia which is at an altitude 250 m above sea level. experimental a 2 x factorial design. first factor type consisting mycorrhiza Rhizobium. second kind ameliorants chicken manure green manure. third dose 10 g kg-1 seeds, 20 seeds. Two treatments were both without bio-fertilizer used as controls. results indicated that combination Rhizobium seeds produced highest protein (28.68 %). resulted carbohydrate (59.98%), while lipid (2.62 Moreover, application dosage N (4.04%), P (0.79%), whereas K (1.41%). fewer nodules than application.
